The Philipstown Fights Dirty (PFD) website and Town of Philipstown Climate Smart Communities Task Force team only use the personal information collected to register your household or organization pledges towards our annual community carbon reduction goals and to conduct neighbor-to-neighbor outreach to see if you need any assistance in making progress towards your pledged actions.
